Cancellation Policy
It's a good practice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 2 business hours in advance.
To avoid confusion, cost and time spent to drive from to client location. For example, if your appointment is scheduled between 11am-01pm, you must notify us by 9am on the same day.
Please write an email or fill our forms online BUT do not leave an SMS or voicemail if you call outside of business hours.
To cancel a service call, you must speak to one of our live agent who will provide you with a cancellation code over the phone. No charges will apply if cancelled properly.
Please follow our cancellation policy to avoid a service call fee of CAD$125 + tax. Payment must be made within 24 hours of the initial appointment, otherwise we will send you to Collection Agents
