Warranty Policy

Appliance Repair Warranty

After each repair done, Escalade Appliance Repair Technician will provide you with a warranty. If there is a breakdown within 3 months of the repair, please contact us, and we will assist you in taking further action. We will repair with no additional labor cost

 

 Warranty rules and instructions:

  • >>The warranty does not cover any parts not replaced by Escalade Appliance Technician.

  • >>The warranty is only valid for a certain period of time, but not longer than 3 months.

  • >>The warranty does not cover any clogs of any kind for washers, dishwashers and dryers.

  • >>The warranty will be void if the user misuses or not take good care of the appliance or causes direct or indirect damage to it.

  • >>The warranty will not be valid if any foreign objects get into the motors or any other mechanical parts of the appliance.

  • >> We always approach broken appliances by first attempting to fix your appliance without replacing parts to reduce repair costs.

  • >>If you encounter the same problem again and a replacement part is required, the warranty will not apply.

  • >> Electrical parts are not returnable, suppliers do not accept return of electrical parts, once installed and working properly, part will not be covered by the warranty
