Appliance Repair Warranty
After the repair, Escalade Appliance will provide you with a warranty. If there is a breakdown within 3 months of the first repair, please contact us, and we will assist you in taking further action.
Warranty rules and instructions:
>>The warranty does not cover any parts not replaced by Escalade Appliance.
>>The warranty is only valid for a certain period of time, but not longer than 3 months.
>>The warranty does not cover any clogs of any kind.
>>The warranty will be void if the user misuses the appliance or causes direct or indirect damage to it.
>>The warranty will not be valid if any foreign objects get into the motors or any other mechanical parts of the appliance.
>>We always attempt to fix your appliance without replacing parts to reduce repair costs.
>>If you encounter the same problem again and a replacement part is required, the warranty will not apply.
